In time, the priorities list can change and you need to be able to manage them properly. Just try to analyze which ones are the most advantageous for you and can bring you more benefits. As an example, if you are a parent, you will accord more time to your children; if you are a student, to your studies and so on.

Before you start doing something, look what time it is and figure out how much it takes you to do something. Don’t rush; you don’t need to beat your own record. This is for acknowledging how much time you need to deal with an activity. Once you’ve done that with all of your activities, you will know how to manage your time and make your life easier.
Make sure you will not be disturbed while doing something. Having full attention on one activity is essential. It will help you work faster and more efficiently in the same time. Block out all the distractions. Most people spend more time doing something else than actually being concentrated on their work and you will waste your time and get stressed because of it. Lack of time and stress are not a very good combination in order to work efficiently and you will end up being behind again.
Never forget about the time you need to assign for relaxing activities. We all make the mistake of thinking we are some superheroes and we don’t need sleep or any activity that can relax us. When you are too tired, not only you will not be able to do something at full capacity, but you will also waste a lot of time.
There is a saying: “work smart, not hard.” Before you want to schedule your life, put some thought into it; try to see know your priorities and your own limits, because the target is to make your life easier, not otherwise.
